Description
The original of this work is analog collage, encaustic and oil sticks. The original measure 20.32 X 25.4. The title translates to ‘The Dream Continues’ and focuses on the central image of a lovely female profile surrounded by incongruous dream imagery and language. As in all of this artist’s work, the imagery is meant to provoke the viewer to reflect on the meaning as they perceive it.
The surface of the original work is highly varied and textured. The use of oil sticks is very prominent and will be emphasized nicely in larger print sizes. Multiple layers of collage material are visible.
